Hooters Opens Newest Restaurant in The Villages
The first Hooters location in The Villages is now open at the Lake Deaton Plaza (700 Kristine Way). Hooters celebrated the grand opening with a ribbon cutting on July 7th. This location is 4,500 square feet inside and also offers an outdoor patio. Over 70 employees have been hired for the location. The restaurant is open daily from 11 am to 10 pm.
“The residents of the Villages have asked for Hooters, and we are excited to open our doors. We look forward to serving great food in a fun atmosphere and being a part of The Villages community,” said HMC Hospitality Group CEO Neil Kiefer.
Construction began in January of 2025 and hopefully the first of more Hooters locations to come to the Villages.
Celebrating their 42nd Anniversary this October 2025, HMC Hospitality Group continues to grow. In addition to The Villages restaurant, they are also expanding to Wesley Chapel with a new Hooters location anticipated to open this Fall.
