For decades Hooters has been an oasis from the daily changes of life. We recognize that what is happening in the world around us directly affects our customers and employees.

We support and embrace the fight for racial equality and justice for people of color, and we’re against all forms of racism, violence, and discrimination.

We feel that any act of police brutality is heartless and wrong.

We believe Black Lives DO Matter.

Hooters is built on making community and charity core components of our brand while supporting causes that benefit the neighborhoods we exist in.

So we’ll continue to engage our employees in efforts to ensure both our company and our communities move forward in righting the wrongs that racial inequality and injustice have perpetuated.
