A message from our CEO
To All Our Loyal Customers and Friends,
I would like to update you on the situation and how we are responding to the COVID-19 spread.
Today over 75% of our restaurants are open for to-go and delivery in Tampa Bay and Chicagoland.
We are closely monitoring developments and have implemented new procedures to prevent the virus’ spread. We are in daily contact with those in the field to ensure that we remain apprised of the latest conditions and stay up to date on cleaning and sanitation procedures.
The health and wellness of our employees, guests and suppliers continues to be our top priority. Unfortunately, we have had no alternative but to dramatically reduce the size of our work force in response to closing our in-store dining. We have always prided ourselves on a sense of family in our company so this was an incredibly painful decision for all involved. We look forward to the day we can welcome them back with open arms.
To those staffing our restaurants today; Thank you for your remarkable loyalty, hard work and passion for our guests. Your efforts in these trying times are heroic.
To our suppliers; Thank you. So many of you have stepped-up in support of our business in so many ways. We are grateful and we will not forget who was there for us.
To our guests; There are not enough words to say thank you for your continued support. We have built this brand up from a little ol’ beach shack in Clearwater, Florida to something we couldn’t imagine in a million years. No business survives this long without loyal customers like you. We have always considered ourselves a neighborhood restaurant, where you could kick back with hot wings and a cold beer as we work to give back to those in need while supporting our communities. Now in this time where we have needed your help, you have shown up and we are forever grateful. We look forward to being here for you for many more years to come.
