Wells Street

Hooters on Wells Street was the first Hooters Restaurant in the Chicagoland area when it opened in 1993, at the corner of Erie and Wells Street, in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. It’s the only Hooters located in downtown Chicago, making it popular with both nearby residents and the millions of tourists who visit the Windy City each year as they take advantage of Hooters on Wells Street’s close proximity to hotspots like Navy Pier, Willis Tower, Millennium Park, the Magnificent Mile and the Chicago Riverwalk. Hooters on Wells Street also holds the distinction of being known as the “Haunted Hooters” due to the building’s mysterious history since its original construction in the late 1800s.
